I undertake all types of plasterwork including plasterboarding, skimming, restoration and repairs; for domestic or commercial.
Plasterboard is commonly used in the construction of partitions, walls and ceilings. Skimming plasterboard provides a surface that is ready to be painted or wallpapered. Alternatively plaster can be applied directly on to brick/block work; a traditional style of plastering which is a two coat system - undercoat and top coat.
Decorative mouldings including coving and cornices can be incorporated to add that look of elegance. These are available in a range of styles including plain, Edwardian and Victorian.
Restoration and repairs to existing plaster will give a smooth surface prior to redecorating to ensure the best result.

There are two options to consider for external rendering; traditional sand and cement or silicon based pre-coloured render.
The traditional solution provides a strong, waterproof surface with different finishes possible using a variety of tools. Usually applied in 2 coats, a scratch coat and then the top smooth/textured layer, this is a cost effective method and can be painted in a colour to suit your taste.
K Rend or Eco Rend VPI are silicone base coloured renders, they come in array of different colours and have many benefits including being water repellent and breathable. The colour pigment is within the render which means there’s no need for you to paint making it very low maintenance.
